Twenty one pilots – Shy Away

When I get home
You better not be there
We’re placin’ bets you won’t
Shed your modesty
And the only thing to leave behind
Is your own skin on the floor

[Chorus:]
Don’t you shy away (Ah-ah-ah)
Manifest a ceiling
When you shy away (Ah-ah-ah)
Searchin’ for that feelin’
Just like an “I love you” (Ooh, ooh)
That isn’t words (Ooh, ooh)
Like a song he wrote, that’s never heard (Ah-ah-ah)
Don’t you (Ssh)

When you get home
You barely recognize the pictures
They put in a frame

‘Cause you shed your modеsty
Don’t circle the track
Take what you havе
and leave your skin on the floor

[Chorus:]
Don’t you shy away (Ah-ah-ah)
Manifest a ceiling
When you shy away (Ah-ah-ah)
Searchin’ for that feelin’
Just like an “I love you” (Ooh, ooh)
That isn’t words (Ooh, ooh)
Like a song he wrote (Ah-ah-ah)
That’s never heard

When I get home
Boy, you better not be there
You’re long gone

You shed your modesty
Don’t circle the track
Just break the cycle in half
and leave your skin on the floor

[Chorus:]
Don’t you shy away (Ah-ah-ah)
Manifest a ceiling
When you shy away (Ah-ah-ah)
Searchin’ for that feelin’
Just like an “I love you” (Ooh, ooh)
That isn’t words (Ooh, ooh)
Like a song he wrote (Ah-ah-ah)
That’s never heard
That’s never heard (Ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah)

An “I love you”
That isn’t words
Like a song he wrote
That’s never heard
Don’t you shy away

East & Young – Wasting Time

feat. Wilder

Remember the summers we had?
All of the times we laughed?
Till we cried and danced,
and drank too much
The stars aligned
Cause we kissed and touched
Can we get it back?
To the way we had?

I’m hoping & waiting for you,
I’m steady, just patient for you
You wanna go, you wanna stay tonight
I need to know, so just make up your mind
Quit wasting time
Quit wasting time
Quit wasting time
I need to know, so just make up your mind
Quit wasting time

Like all of the dreams that we had,
All of the times that I wish we’d go back
Till we cried and danced
and drank too much
The stars aligned
Cause we kissed and touched
Can we get it back?
To the way we had?

I’m hoping & waiting for you,
I’m steady, just patient for you
You wanna go, you wanna stay tonight
I need to know, so just make up your mind
Quit wasting time
Quit wasting time
Quit wasting time
I need to know, so just make up your mind
Quit wasting time

You’re on my mind
Almost every night
I stay daydreaming about you
Oh, no no
You’re on my mind
Oh, yeah
Almost every night
I stay daydreaming about you
So, quit wasting time
Quit wasting time
Quit wasting time
I need to know, so just make up your mind
Quit wasting time

Charles Trenet – La Romance De Paris Lyrics

La romance de Paris
Charles Trenet

Paroles: Charles Trenet
Musique: Léo Chauliac
(1942)

{au Refrain}

C’est ici que s’arrête mon histoire,
Aurez-vous de la peine à me croire?
Si j’vous dis qu’il s’aimèrent chaque jour,
Qu’ils vieillirent avec leur tendre amour;
Qu’ils fondèrent une famille admirable,
Et qu’ils eurent des enfants adorables,
Qu’ils moururent gentiment, inconnus, oui
En partant comme ils étaient venus

{au Refrain}

Stoner Kings – Stonehenge Lyrics

Out on the beaches that hem them seven seas
There comes old Lady Luck wisping by the trees
Tells me a story that is heavy to my ears
Said wasted time is up boy, time to face them fears

Looking back on this life it didn’t mean a thing
Cos all I ever had were the wages of my sins
Never thought I’d see the day that it all went up
Good God in heaven am I really out of luck

NO NO NO, WHERE THERE IS SMOKE
THERE’S A FIRE
YEAH YEAH YEAH, AND THOSE FLAMES
ARE RISING HIGHER

Won’t get no second chance, can’t ride for free

And once you’re done you know you’re history
Down on the other side what will you say

When thoughts of heaven go up burning in that flame
Thoughts of heaven go burning up in your flame
And thoughts of heaven are driving you insane

NO NO NO, WHERE THERE IS SMOKE
THERE’S A FIRE
YEAH YEAH YEAH, AND THOSE FLAMES
ARE RISING HIGHER

In the blinking of an eye
Crawling up to kiss the sky

NO NO NO, WHERE THERE IS SMOKE
THERE’S A FIRE
YEAH YEAH YEAH, AND THOSE FLAMES
ARE RISING HIGHER

Wesrok Aims To Become First Mainstream Country Reggae Artist

Wesrok the first mainstream Country Reggae star?

The voice of the Jamaican people, reggae music, which derived from its predecessors Ska and Mento, has undoubtedly gone on to have a major impact on the international scene. Singer Wesrok has visions of taking the music to another level, as he works to establish a sparse version called “Country Reggae.” During a recent Gleaner interview, Wesrok said, “Country reggae is not a subgenre but a new brand, not quite country, not quite reggae. A brand new flavour for the masses.”

Jamaicans have long had a certain fascination for cowboys and Westerns, a love that transcended into the island’s music. Island-based entertainers have provided their versions of country and western tracks in the past, much to the delight of their fans. The late Toots Hibbert soared with his rendition of “Take Me Home Country Roads” by John Denver. Freddie McGregor’s rendition “King of the Road” by Roger Miller (1964) also became famous, and the Reggae artiste admitted that he was a fan of Miller’s music. How about Busy Signal’s renditions of Kenny Rogers’ “The Gambler?”

“Country is one of the biggest art forms. Other artistes have experimented with country reggae and failed because they’ve not sustained the efforts. We at 360 Global want to re-energise those efforts,” the recording artiste said.

The artiste, who has released a number of country reggae songs, is from the rural district of Swamp Lane in Bog Walk, St Catherine. He says he is fully equipped to be the face of this movement and feels that there is a niche market out there for country reggae in Jamaica and overseas, such as in Europe and the rural states of the USA.

Country reggae songs recorded by the artist include “Left Out in the Dark,” “Poor Country Boy,” and his most recent, “Born As a Winner.”

While Wesrok, whose real name is Percival Buddan, aims to globalize this brand, “country reggae” may not be very new after all. He added,

“The proof of Jamaica’s love for country music is all over reggae history. In the US, country music carries a certain racial history and baggage but I love it because country tells stories, tales about breaking up, and getting back together, and overcoming hardship. We love stories as well because this narrative tradition runs deep in folk music across the Caribbean.”

Wesrok will be launching his seven-track album, “Look At Me Now,” on April 23.

Olivia Rodrigo – All I Want Lyrics

[Verse 1]
I found a guy, told me I was a star
He held the door held my hand in the dark
And he’s perfect on paper but he’s lying to my face
Does he think that I’m the kinda girl who needs to be saved

[Verse 2]
And there’s one more boy he’s from my past
We fell in love but it didn’t last
‘Cause the second I figure it out he pushes me away
And I won’t fight for love if you won’t meet me halfway
And I say that I’m through but this song’s still for you

[Chorus 1]
All I want is love that lasts
Is all I want too much to ask
Is it something wrong with me
All I want is a good guy
Are my expectations far too high

Try my best but what can I say
All i have is myself at the end of the day
Shouldn’t that be enough for me

[Verse 3]
Oooooo
And I miss the days
When I was young and naive
I thought the perfect guy would come and find me
Now happy ever after it don’t come so easily

[Chorus 2]
All I want is love that lasts
Is all I want too much to ask
Is it something wrong with me, oh
All I want is a good guy
Are my expectations far too high
Try my best but what can I say
All I have is myself at the end of the day
And all I want is for that to be okay

Kevin Gates Counts Blessings After Crashing His Lamborghini Urus In L.A.

Kevin Gates is counting his blessings after being involved in a car crash leaving his Lamborghini totaled.

The Baton Rouge rapper is doing well following what looked like a serious car crash in Los Angeles last night, March 29. According to some reports, it seems he was driving his Lamborghini SUV when a woman allegedly ran a red light in her red Toyota Prius and slammed into the side of Gates’ vehicle. Kevin Gates reportedly lost control of the vehicle and spun before stopping about a hundred feet away. According to TMZ, law enforcement officials told them that the Baton Rouge native was involved in the crash around 8 PM.

A video shows the rapper handling the situation calmly as he stands in the middle of an intersection and exchanged information with the other driver.

There doesn’t seem to have been any injuries, thankfully. That being said, from the looks of his vehicle, it’s going to be quite a costly repair job. Gates has shot into the limelight in recent times for opening up about his family life and sporting different looks, including some with braids. He also keeps fans entertained with some of his other antics.

Kevin Gates has been in the game for many years, and just this month, on February 19, 2021, he released his first project since 2019 called Only the Generals, Pt. II, his 17th mixtape. The mixtape was recorded in Puerto Rico, as the “Really Really” rapper wanted to celebrate his family heritage. His 2019 song “Big Gangsta” has also been doing well as it enjoys social media success on TikTok.

Migos Allegedly Beat Up Justin LaBoy Over Saweetie & Quavo Breakup After Interview

Did Migos jump Justin LaBoy over Saweetie interview that allegedly cause her breakup with Quavo.

Now that Quavo and Saweetie have officially called it quits, all sorts of rumors are popping up on the internet. One of the latest is that rap trio Migos, which includes Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff, put a beating on Instagram personality Justin LaBoy. The alleged incident is said to have taken place in Atlanta and happened after the blogger’s interview with Saweetie.

It seems that Quavo’s manhood was insulted after Saweetie appeared on Justin LaBoy’s new show Respectfully Justin. He co-hosts the show with Justin Combs. While being interviewed, she was asked different questions about sex and if she would entertain a threesome with Quavo, her boyfriend at the time. Her response raised eyebrows and went viral as she responded that she would indeed indulge in a threesome and let Quavo pick the man to join them in bed. Of course, the response blew up social media and not too long after the couple broke up.

Even though Justin LaBoy has denied that his interview was the cause of the somewhat sudden breakup, rumors coming out of Atlanta indicate that the Migos were pretty angry following the interview and actually jumped the social media star yesterday, March 29.

A lot of social media users are spreading the information even though there is little evidence to back up the fact that the incident happened. For one, there’s no video footage, but fans who claim that the story comes from eyewitnesses who allege that it all went down at a nightclub. Some even said that they saw LaBoy on the ground after losing the fight.

There’s been no word from Justin LaBoy wither who has continued his normal routine on social media. None of the Migos has said anything either, but that hasn’t stopped the wild rumors from spreading on the net.

Justin briefly spoke about his recent interview on The Breakfast Club last week.

Here’s what fans on Twitter are saying about the alleged Migos beatdown of Justin LaBoy.

Sean Paul Drops Powerful “Guns Of Navarone” Visual With Jesse Royal, Stonebwoy & Mutabaruka

Dancehall legend Sean Paul has released a video for his Live N Livin single “Guns of Navarone.”

The song features Ghanaian dancehall singer, Stonebwoy, Jamaican singer Jesse Royal, and Jamaican poet Mutabaruka. The track addresses the gun violence Jamaica has been grappling with, along with the struggles of people who reside in the nation’s ghettos. The video opens with a quote from Mutabaruka, “How can a people be so traumatized that them start to love them traumatic experiences? We are defining we self through the colonizers, still how can we be so blind.”

The video tells a story of the cycle of violence in Jamaica with a young man protecting his sister after their fathers’ death, and continually throughout the video. It is his protectiveness that lands him in prison after he murders a man for violating his sister. Some years earlier, the video shows him receiving a gun from an older man. He returns from prison in 2021 and seeks a job but lands one as a contract killer. He is contracted to kill a man who was dating his sister, as it turns out. He ends killing his sister, whom he loves so much.

Mutabaruka returns with the outro saying, “Yes, di hunter kill the lion and say him was hunting, is a game / But when the lion kill the hunter / You hear seh him is a beast and a savage / A man like Marcus Garvey come tell we.”

Sean Paul is not the first artiste to record a song with this title. The Skatalites in 1965 released a ska instrumental called “Guns of Navarone.” At the introduction of the instrumental, one member said:

“In the winter of nineteen sixty-four this movie came to Jamaica / The Skatalites took the music from the movie and put it into ska / And came up with this song, it’s called / BAP… BAP… BAP..BA..BAP… the Guns of Navarone.”

The music was adapted from the 1961 World War II production with the same title. The movie illustrated the story of a team of Greek soldiers fighting against German artillery units.

Chris Cresswell – Daggers Lyrics

Take out the knife deep in my back
We'll drown here in my blood
It's either this or a heart attack
Spent our years lighting up the black corners of our love
Only to fall victim to your dagger, they say

And when you're playing that guitar
You're really playing me
It's six strings stretched out are my heart

I know the wood will stain your hands
So you don't forget all I had to endure
And I'll never understand

They say friends they come and go
And you can't depend on them you know
I said stop this bleeding I'm a wreck
Take your dagger and roll

Nervous Triggers – My Flag Lyrics

[Verse 1]
Heal the wounds of terror
With bandages of red, white, and blue
All we need is a dose of pride
To see our nation through

[Chorus]
My flag is a red rag
My flag is a red rag
My flag is a red rag
My flag is a red rag
Go!

[Verse 2]
So let's go and fight the oil war
And let's go and bury our dead
Let's bury them in shrouds
Of blue and white and red
Are you ready to bleed
For the colors that won't run?
Are you ready to show the world
Imperialism can be fun?

[Chorus]
My flag!
My flag is a red rag
It used to be a white flag
Used to bandage the wounds
Of our fallen loved ones
My flag!
My flag is a red rag
It used to be a white flag
It's a flag I hope that we can use
[Verse 3]
We see the face of oppression
In the green, green eyes
Of the girl at the refugee camp
But do we ever stop to wonder
What those green eyes see
When they're looking back
Are we really so blind
That all that we can see
Is a "Land of the Brave"

And a "Home of the Free"?

[Chorus]
My flag!
My flag is a red rag
It used to be a white flag
Used to bandage the wounds
Of our fallen loved ones
My flag!
My flag is a red rag
It used to be a white flag
It's a flag that I will salute
Ha!

[Guitar Solo]
[Verse 4]
Two thousand, nine-hundred, seventy-seven
That can't be replaced by all the flags in heaven
One human life can't be replaced
By a million flags
Their blood is on the hands of a foreign power
Their blood is on the hands of our foreign policy
Their blood is soaked in the colors of my flag!
Of my flag
Of my flag

[Outro]
My flag is a red rag
My flag was a white flag
My flag is a red rag
My flag was a white flag
My flag, my flag, my flag
My flag, my flag
My flag is a red rag
My flag was a white flag
My flag is a red rag
My flag was a white flag
My flag, my flag, my flag
My flag, my flag
It's a flag I hope that we can use

Cancerslug – Philosophy Of A Knife Lyrics

I don't know why
You gave me the knife
Can't you see there's murder in my eyes
And if you're looking for a reason to die
It's the philosophy of a knife

I don't wanna f*ck
I wanna f*ck you up
You're just a stupid slut
That I can't wait to cut

The only reason that you're here tonight
Is that it your f*cking time to die
You make a perfect sacrifice
To the god of the knife
Knife

When I get mad people get dead
I got to listen to the voices in my head

You know I just want your f*cking life
It's the philosophy of a knife

Flesh up the blade
Like death is all pain
And I don't wanna know your f*cking name
What more when you asked for
Than to be the sacrificial pain
If life is pain
Then I can get away
Take life away

Philosophy of a knife

Cutting the tight of the last of the virgins
Psychopatic you can bet your life

We gonna take it tonight
We gonna take it tonight
We gonna take it tonight

Dej Loaf – Ayo Lyrics

[Produced by DDS]

[Verse 1]
Henny by the 5th, gone and take your pick
I'm pausin' cause I'm fly and I feel like I'm the shit
My squad up in VIP, you got in with a dub
I only f*ck with ballers, we don't f*ck around with scrubs
Nigga yayo
All my niggas be like yayo
Say yayo
All my niggas be like yayo

[Verse 2]
Walkin' past the bouncers, standin' on the couches
Bottles for my squad, nigga that's a couple thousand
Nigga yayo
All my niggas be like yayo
Yayo
All these bitches, they be haters
Yayo
All these bitches, they be haters

[Verse 3]
Feelin' like a god, oh my f*ckin' God
Did you just see that car? That bitch go so hard
That don't make no sense, got these haters pissed

Heard you had a problem, when I see you it ain't shit
I'ma represent, all I make is hits
Got too many styles, I don't know which one to pick
They can't put me in a box, free my niggas locked
Every day I pop a bottle for my niggas in the sky
We been eatin' good, hater how you like me now?
All that steak and all that shrimp, I done gained a couple pounds
We gon' slim it down, we gon' take over your town
Ain't no hoes in my circle, nah we don't f*ck around
Ciroc by the cases, pour it on you basics
Let a nigga try me, light him up, don't use no tasers
I can't do no favors, I'm so f*ckin' player
I should run for mayor, niggas watchin' me like cable

Manolo Garcia – Sin Que Sepas De Mi Lyrics

Alfanje a tu cuerpo ceñido

Vives tras tu muralla
Seré, sin que sepas de mí
Seré lo que yo quiera ser
El deseo en los besos que des
Seré lo que tú quieras ser
Seré. Sin que sepas de mí
El guante que cubra tu mano
La mano que arañe tu espalda
Alfanje a tu cuerpo ceñido
Seré en tus labios su fina curva
Seré trino irisado de jade
Nazarí, palabra de poeta
Alfanje bruñido en siglos
Blanco de lirios. Aljibe y agua

24kgoldn – Don’t Sleep Lyrics

[Chorus]
Don’t sleep, don’t let it all die
Sweet dreams and memories left behind (Left behind)
Left behind
Don’t speak, that look in your eyes
Tell me what’s really been on your mind (On your mind)
On your mind

[Verse 1]
Runnin’ with the wind now, flyin’ with your friends
Everything been said now, where do I begin?
Starin’ out the window, dyin’ for your sins
Hard to let you in now, I can’t let it end

[Refrain]
Oh baby, that’s a no from me
Why you lettin’ go of me?
You might have to ghost to see
All that we was supposed to be (Oh, no)

[Pre-Chorus]
Don’t sleep on me ’cause I keep the keys to your deepest dreams
And you hate it
Can’t keep the peace ’cause that piece of me, you placed out of reach is my safety

[Chorus]
Don’t sleep, don’t let it all die (Ooh, ooh)
Sweet dreams and memories left behind (Left behind, ooh, ooh)
Left behind (Ooh, ooh)
Don’t speak, that look in your eyes (Ooh, ooh)
Tells me what’s really been on your mind (On your mind)
On your mind

[Verse 2]

I can see the future, now it’s settin’ in (Settin’ in)
You know that you f*cked up, wanna start again (Again)
I already moved on, now you’re just a friend (Ooh, ooh)
All the love is gone now, I cannot pretend

[Refrain]
Oh baby, that’s a no from me
Why you lettin’ go of me?
You might have to ghost to see
All that we was supposed to be (Oh, no)

[Pre-Chorus]
Don’t sleep on me ’cause I keep the keys to your deepest dreams
And you hate it
Can’t keep the peace ’cause that piece of me, you placed out of reach is my safety

[Chorus]
Don’t sleep, don’t let it all die (Let it all die, ooh, ooh)
Sweet dreams and memories left behind (Left behind, ooh, ooh)
Left behind (Ooh, ooh)
Don’t speak, that look in your eyes (Look in your eyes, ooh, ooh)
Tells me what’s really been on your mind (On your mind)
On your mind (On your mind)

Cancerslug – Rootwork Lyrics

If all your fears I feed
Just let it be a part of my supremacy
This rootwork deep in me
How can I be
The hand of your enemy

Let the churches burn
Let the witches dance
Let the baby's blood
Stain our hands
When the judgement comes
They say I'll be God damned
(Haha)
Well I'll be God damned

Midnight, October 31st
'Round the bonfires we danced
As the dead join in

We shed some innocent blood
With the razor blade pressed tightly
To their skin

Let the churches burn
Let the witches dance
Let the baby's blood
Stain our hands
When the judgement comes
They say I'll be God damned
(Ha ha)
Well I'll be God damned
But we have no need of love
These empty emotions will only fade
We have no need of understanding
Gets lost in the way

Dej Loaf – I Got It Lyrics

What up, family?
Tryna wake ’em up cousin
I say R.I.P. to my cousin
Tryna wake ’em up cousin

Walking devil, I be feeling like Jesus
I don’t know much about that Bible, never felt like I need it
I told my mom that I got her, when I make it we even
For all the years she took care of me and my brothers believin’
I miss my grandma, why did she have to leave me?
I had so much shit to tell her, damn man, I still can’t believe it
We balling out, nah, we ain’t up in no bleachers
You hear my songs on the radio, baby, turn up yours speakers
Cause we own now and we grown now
First million, go and tell ’em it’s on now
I still sip Arizonas
And I do this shit for all of my loners
Screaming to the top of my lungs like "Mama, I’mma make it"
Gotta speak it to existence then you gotta have patience
Just stay in your lane, f*ck anybody hatin’
Love don’t love nobody so don’t worry about datin’
Just worry about Dej whether you singing or you rappin’
All these bitches got opinions
Cause you f*cking over half ’em
Anybody want war it ain’t shit to get it crackin’
Cause nigga where I’m from they use alleys for the caskets
I’m not tryna promote violence, a lot of shit be on my conscience
Never been baptized, I got demons in my body
And I pray from time to time, I be like "Lord, get ’em off me"
I just want to be wealthy, way more to it than money

Don’t nobody keep it real, half these rappers is phony
They ain’t really getting money, pockets flat as my stomach
I don’t merge in niggas’ lanes, I got tunnel vision
f*ck a buffalo stud no pun intended
It’s so hard, I still play it like Pun existed (Big Pun)
Teach the kids to be bosses, no dumb decisions
Look, all y’all fraud niggas, all y’all broad niggas
And most of ’em foul, that’s exactly why I charge bitches
My niggas put up buckets, pour some soul with it
You got a team full of ball hoggers and soft niggas
Scared to let your mans ball, these niggas Ken dolls
I’mma put me on then put my friends off
Niggas try to talk to me, I put ’em in that friend zone
Sophisticated thug, you know the suit, ties, the Timbs on
We be off the Hen-dog, don’t chase it for nothing
And you be on that bullshit, basically fronting
I’m basically running, anything go in front me
Try to stop me, I go crazy, I get to clicking and dumping
I probably leave a nigga boiling like chickens and dumplings
Cornbread, cabbage, soul food, I’ll blow up your muffin
f*ck it, all I want is checks with them commas with no drama
Respect, loyalty, money and power
Round table, we gon’ eat like them mobsters
I’m a monster, this music shit it come so easy, I got it
Bitch, I got it, oh, I got it
Bitch I got it
It come so easy, I got it
I got it
IBGM
Yeah, we got it, we got it

Barry Blue – Dancin’ On A Saturday Night Lyrics

Hey, little girl get your dancin’ shoes
Your gold satin jacket and the silvery blues
And it’ll be alright, dancin’ on a Saturday night

Oh well, the juke box a’ playin’ like a one man band
It’s the only kind of music, girl, we both understand
We’re gonna be alright, dancin’ on a Saturday night

Well the roller coaster gotta make the most
And dance, dance, dance the night away
Helter skelter, maybe I can help her
Dance, dance, dance the night away

Oo we oo my blue jean baby, she’s the queen of them all
She’s the only girl who makes me wanna rock’n’roll
Don’t have to say good night, dancin’ on a Saturday night

Roller coaster, gotta make the most
And dance, dance, dance the night away
Helter skelter, maybe I can help her

Dance, dance, dance the night away

Oo we oo my blue jean baby, she’s the queen of them all
She’s the only one who makes me wanna rock’n’roll
I wanna hold her tight, dancin’ on a Saturday night

I’m gonna hold her tight, dancin’ on a Saturday night
(Ooh watch her dancin’, watch her dancin’)
I wanna hold her tight, dancin’ on a Saturday night
(Ooh watch her dancin’, oh watch her dancin’)

Blue jean baby (watch her dancin’)
Blue jean baby (watch her dancin’)
Dance, dance, dance (watch her dancin’)
Dance, dance, dance (watch her dancin’)
Watch her dancin’, watch her dancin’
Blue jean baby, gonna dance the night away
Blue jean baby, gonna dance the night away ….

Olsen Brothers – Smuk Som Et Stjerneskud Lyrics

I den varme nat
Fyldt med drømmen at
Lykken varer evigt
Lyser månen op,
På en kvindekrop, jah,
Og hendes smukke ansigt.

Hun er bare min store kærlighed,
Der bli’r større, der bli’r ved og ved.

Smuk som et stjerneskud,
Som tiden går,
Smukkere ser hun ud,
År efter år.

Hendes hofters dans
I en strålekrans, jah,
Gennem bølgebruset,
Og i måneskin,
Bli’r jeg lukket ind,
Lyk’lig og beruset.

Natten den er fyldt med kærlighed,
Der bli’r større der bli’r ved og ved.

Smuk som et stjerneskud,

Som tiden går,
Smukkere ser hun ud,
År efter pr,
Et stjerneskud
Stjerneskud.

Smuk som et stjerneskud,
Som tiden går,
Smukkere ser hun ud,
År efter år.

Smuk som et stjerneskud,
Som tiden går,
Smukkere ser hun ud,
År efter år.

Smuk som et stjerneskud,
Som tiden går,
Smukkere ser hun ud,
År efter år.

Smuk som et stjerneskud,
Som tiden går,
Smukkere ser hun ud,
År efter år.

År efter år
År efter år
År efter år
